federal, state and local laws. In the event of a conflict
between any policy and procedure and the applicable law, the
law will be followed.
Unless
employed under a formal, written Employment Agreement signed
by Carolina Healthcare Network President,
employees of Carolina Healthcare Network
are employed at will; permitting either the employees or Carolina
Healthcare Network to terminate the employment relationship. |
